Less required space

One of the most frequent requests we receive is to supply machines that need less space while still providing the same performance as other products. Our machines fulfill this requirement.
The angular design makes better use of the available space and helps to dissipate the heat. Therfore we can provide the same torque at lower frame size compared with other products.

High flexibility

Next to the compact size, our DC product range is also characterized by the unusually high flexibility when it comes to adjusting the machines to the conditions at the plant. For example, up to a frame size of 315 mm our machines are supplied with square terminal boxes that can be rotated by 90 degrees. Cables can therefore be inserted in axial direction. In addition, the radial fans feature a comparatively small overhang due to their optimized arrangement.

Higher durability

Our machines are built according to temperature classification "H" (180°C). Since they are generally used according to classification "F" (155°C), the durability of all windings (including insulation material) is considerably increased.

Optimized cooling designs

For the best cooling results, we offer various systems - because a machine product range must be able to cope with all problems that result from the conditions and the intensity of use.

We can offer you all possible variations:
Surface cooling, integrated cooling or air-to-air as well as air-to-water heat exchangers.

Set-up in horizontal or vertical direction

Our machines are designed for the fitting of speed sensors and all prevalent brakes. Due to the use of standardized components, the machines can be set up horizontally or vertically. Additional flexible connections exist for heat exchangers, pipe connections and a variety of other accessories. Carbon brushes can be replaced easily due to our user-friendly brush yoke design.
